In accordance with our goal of cultivating teachers who are competent in subject matter, the pp电子极速糖果 Center for Teacher Education (CTE) requires content testing prior to program admission and prior to beginning student teaching. When initially applying to the Teacher Education program, undergraduate students must submit a copy of their official Praxis CORE Writing score report (Praxis exam: 5723).
CORE Writing Exam - REQUIRED for undergraduate candidates*

(5722 being phased out after August 2020, but CTE will accept either exam) - 通过分数: 162
- Demonstrates a teacher candidate’s authentic, on-demand writing ability and is a required part of the Teacher Education Program Application
- Probationary admittance: A score of 152-161 on the PRAXIS CORE Writing test may allow for probationary admittance. Students seeking probationary admittance must work with their program coordinator/advisor to determine remediation steps.
